What you need
- 1 pint of Fruit juice (you can use juice from a carton or freshly squeezed orange juice)
- 1 ounce of gelatine soaked in 1/2 cup of water
- Cookie cutters
Pour the juice into a dish as deep as your cutters. Microwave the gelatine soaked in water for 30 seconds and add to the juice. Pop it in fridge for a few hours until it has set and cut into shapes. If you like to be fancy you can decorate them with raisins or chopped fruit but I left them plain.
